Message to Clinton’s Own Dem Rep. Harold Naughton, Jr.: Yeah, we know all about the “people you work for.” It’s not the taxpayers. You sell them out every time. It’s the unions who float your re-election campaigns–the teachers unions, all the other public employee unions, and the so-called ‘private sector’ unions who get fat on bloated and interminably delayed road and and other public construction projects by which all Massachusetts taxpayers get screwed under the ‘Pacheco’ Bill and the ‘Prevailing Wage Law.’ Why do road and other transportation projects take years instead of weeks or months to complete–examples include the I-495 rest areas south of Lowell, the Vernon Street Bridge over I-290 in Worcester, and the Route 2–Route 140 interchange in Westminster-Gardner??? Because we all know you “can’t kill the deal” while unionized employees screw taxpayers out of everty last dime on artificially delayed projects. Of course, you know all about patronage, fraud, waste, and abuse–that’s why you had to testify before the Federal Grand Jury in Worcester investigating the Probation Officer and Court Officer Hiring Scandal. So here’s the deal–you vote to raise ANY tax or fee, even by a penny, between now and 2014 and I’ll run against you again in 2014. If that happens, I promise to run your sorry ass ragged.
